Read all directions carefully before beginning Module
Objectives:
- Create a short Stick Figure animation.
- Learn about Stop Motion Animation.
- Pivot Stick Figure animation program.
- Computer.
Step 1: Get set up
- Click on the “File Explorer” icon on the desktop. (bottom of the screen)
- Click on the arrow in front of This PC and choose the Home Drive (U:)
- Choose New Folder from the top of the page. .
- Name the folder “yourclass_pivot” Example 7A_pivot.
- Now exit all boxes that you have open on your screen.
Step 2: Learn Pivot
- Click here to open a tutorial in Microsoft Word.
- On a piece of paper create a Storyboard (a plan of what you want your animation to look like)
- Begin making your animation.
- Don't try to get too complicated.
- Save Animation as a AVI file.
- Click File - Save Animation.
- Browse to your folder on the U:\.
- In the file type box choose AVI.
- Save your file.
- Open Windows Movie Maker. Click here for instructions on using Movie Maker
- Add sounds, titles etc.
- Save as a movie file.
